Mara Explorer is a luxurious camp situated in the heart of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The tents are perched on raised platforms overlooking the Talek River and feature Victorian claw-foot tubs. The interior of each tent is elegantly decorated with hand-carved mahogany furniture and antique wardrobes. Guests can enjoy amenities such as mosquito nets, private bathrooms with double vanities and indoor showers, and complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. The camp provides three meals a day, including soft drinks, house wines, and local beers, and also offers bush breakfasts and dinners upon request. Guests can observe a variety of wildlife from the camp or join a safari led by certified guides. Additionally, guests have access to the facilities at the sister camp, Samburu.
