Azumaen is a traditional Japanese ryokan located just a 2-minute drive from Unzen Jigoku Hell. The accommodation offers both tatami-floored rooms with futon bedding and Western-style rooms with beds. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths with views of the garden, and some rooms even have private cypress baths. The ryokan also has a karaoke room, souvenir shop, and offers traditional multi-course meals featuring local ingredients. It is a 90-minute drive from Nagasaki Airport and a 2-minute drive from the central Unzen hot-spring area.
